At Mimiskart, we take great pride in the quality of our handmade jewellery. We want to ensure that our customers are fully satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your order, we offer a simple and convenient return process, as long as the item is returned within 7 days of receiving it.
Return Window
You have 7 days from the date of receiving your order to initiate a return. After this period, unfortunately, we will not be able to accept any returns. At Mimiskart, we understand that sometimes your jewellery might not be exactly what you expected, so we give you a full week to review your purchase.
Conditions for Return
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- The product must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
- The product must be in its original packaging, along with all tags and certificates.
- The return request must be made within 7 days from the date you received the item.

Return Process
Returning a product is easy with Mimiskart. Follow these steps to initiate your return:
- Go to My Orders: Log in to your Mimiskart account and navigate to the My Orders section.
- Select Your Order: Choose the order you wish to return from the list of your past purchases.
- Click Return: Once you’ve selected the order, click on the Return button.
- Select a Return Reason: You will be prompted to select a return reason from the options provided. Choose the one that best describes why you wish to return the item.
- Submit Your Return: After selecting the return reason, click the Submit button to initiate the return process.
Once your return request is submitted, our customer service team at Mimiskart will review it and provide you with the next steps. We will send you return instructions and, if applicable, a return shipping label.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for the return shipping fees unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
- Please ensure the item is securely packaged to prevent any damage during the return process.
- We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure the safe return of your item.
Refund or Exchange
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
- Exchanges will be processed based on the availability of the product.
Exceptions
Certain items are non-returnable:
- Custom or personalized jewellery that has been specially made for you.
- Items that have been worn or are no longer in their original condition.
If the item you received is defective or damaged, please contact us immediately, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.
