Refund / Replacement Policy

At Mimiskart, we are committed to providing high-quality handmade jewellery and a seamless shopping experience. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a clear and simple Refund / Replacement Policy to ensure your satisfaction.

Return Window

You may return the product within 7 days of receiving your order. After this period, unfortunately, we are unable to accept any returns or process any refunds. Mimiskart strives to provide you with a comfortable return window to review your purchase and ensure it’s just what you wanted.

Conditions for Refund or Replacement

To be eligible for a refund or replacement, the item must meet the following criteria:

  • The product must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • The product must be returned with its original packaging, including all tags and certificates.
  • The return request must be made within 7 days from the date you received your order.

If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped, please contact us immediately, and we will assist you with the return or exchange process.

Refund / Replacement Process

Returning a product and processing a refund or replacement with Mimiskart is simple and easy. Here’s how it works:

  1. Go to My Orders: Log into your Mimiskart account and go to the My Orders section.
  2. Select Your Order: Find the order you wish to return or replace from your list of previous purchases.
  3. Click Return / Replace: Choose the Return / Replace option next to the relevant item.
  4. Choose Your Reason: You’ll be prompted to select the reason for your return or replacement request.
  5. Submit Request: Once you’ve selected the reason, click Submit to initiate the process.

Once the request is submitted, our customer service team at Mimiskart will review your submission and provide you with instructions on how to return the item.

Refund Process

  • Refund Method: Your refund will be processed to your original payment method, or via UPI or bank account transfer, depending on your initial payment method.
  • Processing Time: Please allow 2-3 business days for us to process your refund after we have received and inspected the returned item. The refund will be credited to your original payment method, UPI, or bank account, depending on the payment method used.
  • Refund Confirmation: Once your refund is processed, you will receive a confirmation email from Mimiskart notifying you that the refund has been completed.

Replacement Process

If you’d like to exchange your item for a different product, the following steps apply:

  • The item you wish to replace must meet the conditions mentioned above.
  • If the requested replacement item is out of stock, we will offer a refund or an alternative solution.
  • Replacement Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Exceptions

Certain items are non-returnable:

  • Custom or personalized jewellery, which has been altered specifically for you.
  • Products that show signs of wear or damage after being used.

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at Help@mimiskart.com, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
